12/08/2020: I have changed the due dates for all the homework assignments to be the end of the semester.
11/25/2020: I have updated the "Chapter 6 Formulas" handout. It now contains the formula for the angle between two vectors and has been renamed to "Chapters 6 and 7 Formulas."
10/04/2020: I have extended the deadline for taking Exam #1 to Sunday, October 11th.
09/24/2020: I have updated the Exam #1 information above, including adding a link to information I sent out via email a few minutes ago.
09/01/2020: I have uploaded some instructions/notes for working through HW in ALEKS that I suggest everyone reads. You can find these instructions/notes linked in the Homework and Exams section above.
08/27/2020: As I mentioned during class this evening, since we didn't finish Section 4.1, I have extended the homework due date for this section until Monday, September 7th. In the future, homework due date changes will be reflected above in the "Homework and Exams" section, rather than posted as an announcement here.

For those who need a little extra time to purchase an access code for ALEKS, you can use the following temporary access code: 6FBDD-0CEFE-B73BD-57B00. This access code will give you access to ALEKS for two weeks while you wait for financial aid or another funding source to pay for your ALEKS access. A few things to note about this temporary access code:
- This code does not add an additional two weeks to your account. Once you purchase an access code, the start date will be backdated to the date you signed up using the temporary access code.
- Once the two week access from this temporary code expires, you will be locked out of your ALEKS account until you purchase a regular access code. Because of this, it is highly recommended that you purchase a regular access code before this temporary access code expires.
- Once you purchase a regular access code, you will go to the class tile menu and select "Extend access," then enter your new access code. You do not need to create a new ALEKS account.
